Ultra Broadbeach, Gold Coast

The hotel is located centrally in Broadbeach, offering ample, clean, and very comfortable rooms with a master bedroom featuring its own bathroom. The property is well-appointed and equipped throughout, with easy access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom with a large bath tub stands out positively. The service is exceptional, very welcoming, and accommodating, providing valuable knowledge of the area for a memorable stay. The location is perfect, allowing easy walks to the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, and cafes. However, the dining experience was somewhat limited. Overall, a great choice in the heart of Broadbeach.

The hotel had amazing views and offered rooms that were very clean and nice. The rooms were the perfect size, but in need of a little maintenance and a good clean. The service was wonderful, especially from Jane, and the staff were friendly, more than happy with my requests. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the beach, Pacific Fair, and other shopping centers. The dining experience served homemade pastries. However, some days we just didn't want to leave the property even though the location was excellent. The facilities were spacious, and overall, the hotel provided good value for money.

The apartment exceeded my expectations with its spacious layout and stunning beach view, although the soundproofing was lacking. The service provided by the friendly and honest staff was top-notch, even if the budget furnishing was noticeable. The location was fantastic for families with its proximity to various amenities, despite some construction noise. The dining options offered European cuisine, adding to the overall experience.
